En Angie Style Boutique queremos que estés completamente satisfecha con tu compra. Si por alguna razón no estás feliz con tu pedido, estamos aquí para ayudarte.

¿Cuánto tiempo tengo para hacer una devolución?

Aceptamos devoluciones dentro de los 14 días a partir de la fecha en que recibiste tu pedido.

Condiciones para devoluciones

  • Las prendas deben estar en su estado original: sin usar, sin lavar y con todas las etiquetas puestas.
  • No aceptamos devoluciones de artículos en oferta o de venta final.
  • Los artículos deben estar libres de perfume, maquillaje o cualquier tipo de mancha.

¿Cómo hago una devolución?

  1. Envíanos un email a angiestyleboutique@gmail.com con tu número de orden y el motivo de la devolución.
  2. Te responderemos en 1-2 días hábiles con las instrucciones para enviar el artículo.
  3. Una vez recibamos y revisemos el artículo, procesaremos tu reembolso o cambio.

Reembolsos

Los reembolsos se procesan al método de pago original dentro de 5-7 días hábiles después de recibir el artículo devuelto.

Cambios

Si necesitas una talla diferente o quieres cambiar por otro artículo, contáctanos y con gusto te ayudamos.

At Angie Style Boutique, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

How long do I have to return an item?

We accept returns within 14 days from the date you received your order.

Return conditions

  • We do not accept returns on sale or final sale items.

  2. We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
